Event Collaboration Agreement: Event-Collaboration-Agreement

Instructions:

1) Fill up the Event Collaboration Agreement if there is collaboration between clubs, with Student Council or with Sports and Recreational Services (SRS).
2) Please submit it to activities.sc@curtin.edu.my with the Event Proposal.

Under KPI System SEM1 2022, both organising club and collaborating club will get event point + collaboration point.
