Post Event Report Template: *New Post-Event-Report-2022

Instructions:

1) Submit one (1) soft copy to the activities sub-council (activities.sc@curtin.edu.my), treasurer (treasurer.sc@curtin.edu.my) and carbon copy it to the vice president (vicepresident.sc@curtin.edu.my) five days to a week after the event.

2) The remaining 40% of the approved sponsorship amount will be released after the successful submission of the Post Event Report

3) Notification will be given within two (2) weeks on successful record of event conclusion by the Treasurer Division.
