Post Event Report Template: *New Post Event Report Template 2019

Instructions:

1) Submit one (1) soft copy to the activities sub-council (activities.sc@curtin.edu.my), treasurer (treasurer.sc@curtin.edu.my) and carbon copy it to the vice president (vicepresident.sc@curtin.edu.my) within one week after conclusion of the event.

2) The remaining 50% of the approved sponsorship amount will be released after the successful submission of the Post Event Report

3) In addition, submit one (1) soft copy of the report to the KPI Folder link that has been distributed to the club presidents.

4) Notification will be given within two (2) weeks on successful record of event conclusion by the Treasurer Division.
