In this section, students and clubs alike can find the forms and services that Student Council provides. Please do follow the instructions given as it is crucial for us to meet the overwhelming demand from each and every one of you.

Terms and Conditions:

Booth Terms and Conditions within Campus:

1. For clubs, there will be no charges.

2. Payment Rates: Free to MOHE Units with a Declaration Letter from the Lecturer; RM 10 to Students including MOHE Units without a Declaration Letter from the Lecturer; RM 30 Deposit + RM 60 Payment for Non-Profit Organizations within Campus (not registered under SC) & Individuals

3. The Receipts will be coming from the Welfare Sub-Council.

4. Condition: Make sure to have your receipt during and after using the Booth. The Clubs and Students must take care and bring back all the equipment they borrowed for the booth.

5. They will lose their deposit if they don’t comply with the conditions given.

2. Submit 1 HARD COPY and 1 SOFT COPY of the completed Bus Booking Form to the Student Council office.

4.  Student Council will respond to the request within 5 working days upon submission unless notified for any extension period of time.

Terms and Conditions

1. All bookings must be made 5 WORKING DAYS before proposed date and are subject to availability of transport requirement.
3. All late bookings are subjected to be rejected on the spot.
4. Approval will be according to the deliberation of the Student Council and may be
terminated without prior notice.
5. Curtin University reserves the right to override student bus booking without prior
6. Approval of bookings will be made via student email within 5 days
unless notified for any extended period of time.
7. Cancellation of the bus booking must be made 24 hours prior to the proposed time. Last minute cancellations will not be accepted.
8. Amount of payment will be confirmed after the bus has completed the journey

Terms and Conditions:

1. Submission of 1 soft-copy must be made at least 5 working days in advance. Late submission will not be entertained.

2. ALL bookings are subjected to change based on the proposed venue and time availability.

3. Bookings are to be approved by Welfare Sub council of Student Council 2024 and can be overwritten by the upper management.

4. Approvals will be made within 48 hours unless notified for any extended period of time.

5. Notification of submission to Melvin or Wesley is suggested if there is no reply made within 48 hours.

7. Student Council holds the right to change, add, suspend, cancel, remove or otherwise modify the service offered and the details at any time without prior notice.

8. Students who failed to comply with above mentioned guidelines, their permission can be revoked
